Custom item policy

Because custom products are made for a specific project, general returns may not apply after artwork, sample or production details are approved.

Quality review

Report possible production issues with photos, quantities affected, packaging condition and a clear description of the problem.

What may qualify for review

Wrong product, wrong approved artwork, major print defects, missing items or clear production damage may be reviewed based on the approved scope.

Reasonable variation

Color, material, size and print placement can have reasonable production variation, especially across batches or materials.

Samples and approvals

Samples are recommended for new products, color-sensitive designs, packaging projects and larger orders.

Resolution

Depending on the issue, resolution may include replacement, partial remake, credit, revised production guidance or another reasonable remedy.
