Website use
Website content is provided for general information about PrintVay services. It does not create a binding production agreement by itself.
Quotes and scope
Quotes depend on product specifications, quantity, artwork, packaging, destination, timeline and availability. Final scope should be confirmed in writing before production.
Artwork and approvals
Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, logos, spelling, product details and approvals before production begins.
Custom production
Custom items are usually produced according to approved specifications and may not be suitable for general cancellation or return after approval.
Timelines
Production and shipping timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed. Delays can occur due to sampling, revisions, logistics, customs or third-party carriers.
Limitation
PrintVay is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete instructions, late approvals, inaccurate customer information or external logistics issues beyond reasonable control.
